I’m a middle aged father, husband, brother and son living in the Northeast Oregon desert (YES, I said desert). I work behind a desk all day and love to spend my free time riding my bicycles and hanging out with my family.
I’ve been riding bikes since I was a small child, mom and dad can’t agree on the exact year, so I’ll say sometime in the mid-1970′s. I purchased my first real bike, Sekai 2000 road bike, in 1985 and my first mountain bike, Nishiki Cascade, in 1986. I road my first race, Coyote MTB, in northern California in 1998. My passions in like; Family, Faith and Bicycles.

Hi,
where do you live? LaGrande, Elgin, Baker City,?,?
I came across your blog after riding the Umatilla Rim Trail. I ride between Boise and Walla Walla on a regular basis. I would like to hook up for a ride if you are along the way.
